The final chart of the year will find PANIC! At The Disco's "High Hopes" (Crush Music) in the top spot. Republic's Ariana Grande moves up to #2 with "Breathin," while her second entry "thank you, next" leaps into the Top 5 and is the week's Greatest Gainer.
