17-year-old Alli Simpson—the youngest nationally syndicated radio host in memory—has earned a new, larger role as Radio Disney's Youth Engagement Officer.

On a related note, The Alli Simpson Show, which draws some 20m listeners a week, has been renewed for a second season, snagging an extended time block. The weekly show will now run for three hours on Fridays from 7-10pm PT.

Simpson has interviewed everyone from Justin Bieber (pictured right with Simpson) to Gwen Stefani. And now, she's even had the misfortune of being featured on this "news" site. We send our condolences.
