UNDER THE BOARDWALK: Wondering what that Stonesy, blues-like theme song to Martin Scorsese’s new HBO series Boardwalk Empire is? It’s none other than Brian Jonestown Massacre’s “Straight Up and Down,” which I found only after a concerted Google search. Don’t you think they could put it in the credits somewhere? See below.
