COUNTRY COUPLE: Country Music Television is going with a country superstar and a red-hot film actress to helm their 11th annual awards show. Show Dog superstar Toby Keith and Kristen Bell, who co-stars in Showtime’s House of Lies with Don Cheadle, will host the 2012 CMT Music Awards on Wednesday, June 6. The show will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena at 8 p.m. (ET/PT) on CMT and CMT.com. The fan-voted awards show will include performances from Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood and Zac Brown Band.
