The terms of the deal were later tattooed on the chest of pubco prexy North America Evan Lamberg, who endured the ritual with nary a complaint.

Lamberg announced the deal with Uni's EVP Latin Music, Alexandra Lioutikoff.
“I consider J Balvin one of the greatest global contemporary songwriters/artists in any genre," Lamberg said. "He will be a force for years to come and it’s a complete honor that Universal Music Publishing is his home."
