DIXIE CLICKS: Congrats and welcome to Dixie Tipton, who's been promoted to Senior Director of Rhythm Promotion in Los Angeles for Epic Records. She'll work with VP of Rhythm Crossover promo Rachael Spangler in her new West Coast post. Dixie's been at the label for eight years, all of them in Chicago (holding down the Midwest Region, as the company release has it). She previously worked for Jeff McClusky & Associates, and began her career at Chi-Town's B96 with Erik Bradley and Todd Cavanaugh.  "We are thrilled to have Dixie on the team in a National capacity," proclaimed SVP Promotion and Strategy Erik Olesen.  "She lives the lifestyle and loves the culture of the Rhythm world.  She will help Epic Records make a difference in the Rhythm community.
