CHVRCHES GAME FOR DEATH STRANDING

RCA will release the soundtrack of new music for Sony Interactive Entertainment’s game Death Stranding on 11/7. A track from CHVRCHES dropped today. (Listen below).

CHVRCHES' track, “Death Stranding,” is the first offering from the soundtrack Death Stranding: Timefall (Original Music from the World of). The band members are all longtime fans of Death Stranding creator Hideo Kojima.

“He has always been such a visionary in the gaming world and we were honoured to be involved in the project,” the band said. “The concept of Death Stranding is so unique and really felt to us like it was challenging people to care about the world they create—in the game and otherwise. We wrote this song specifically for Death Stranding, thinking of the themes of the game and what it is trying to say to people."

The game will be available on the PlayStation system.
