KELLI TURNER TURNS UP THE VOLUME AT AUDACY
Kelli Turner has been named president/CEO of Audacy two months after taking over from David Field on an interim basis.
Turner, who joined the Audacy board in September 2024, previously worked at Sun Capital Partners, SESAC Holdings and Downtown Music Holdings. She earned her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Meanwhile, Chris Oliviero has been named chief business officer and Bob Philips will serve as chief revenue officer. Mike Dash, a 20-year veteran of the company, will succeed Andrew Sutor as EVP/general counsel.
Among the Audacy staffers leaving the company are COO Susan Larkin, Chief Digital Officer J.D. Crowley and CMO Paul Suchman.
Said Audacy Chairman Michael Del Nin, "Kelli is an exceptional media executive who, along with Chris Oliviero and the rest of the Audacy team, will ensure that we continue to invest in high-quality content to engage our audiences and provide best-in-class solutions to our partners.”
"I’m especially excited by the appointments of Chris and Bob, who know Audacy’s businesses inside out and whose track records in management, programming and sales are second to none," added Turner.
HITS' requests for an all-Klezmer music channel have thus far gone unheeded.
