Broken Bow Records' Lainey Wilson, who's currently nominated for seven ACM Awards, including Entertainer of the Year, celebrated another career milestone on Thursday (3/27) at the Tennessee studio Bradley’s Barn— make that two. Alongside 200 music industry guests, Lainey reveled in her latest #1 singles: “Wildflowers and Wild Horses” and “4x4xU.”
Hosted by BMI and ASCAP, the spirited event was emceed by BMI’s MaryAnn Keen. Lainey was joined onstage by co-writers Trannie Anderson (BMI) and Paul Sikes (ASCAP) to highlight her 8th chart-topper, “4x4xU,” which just received ACM nominations for Song and Visual Media of the Year.
Sponsored by Studio Bank, SVP Kari Barnhart made a generous donation on behalf of Wilson and the songwriters in support of her Heart Like A Truck charitable fund. Decious was also presented with a custom Taylor 210e DLX guitar in honor of his first #1 as a BMI songwriter. Enjoy the two photos of the event starring people much better looking than us.
