Colombian singer-songwriter Beéle, born Brandon de Jesús López Orozco in Barranquilla, is making waves in the Latin urban and Afro/pop scene with his breakout hit, “Mi Refe.” At press time the track has climbed to #59 on Spotify Global, debuted at #44 on the Hot Latin Songs chart and reached #10 on Spain’s radio Top 50. The single has also topped the Shazam chart in Spain and earned gold certification in Spain and Central America, along with platinum status in Colombia. Beéle recently concluded a run of five sold-out holiday shows in Orlando, New Jersey, New York, Boston and Chicago, cementing his status as one of Latin music’s most exciting new voices.
