WMG TAPS ARMIN ZERZA AS EVP/CFO

Warner Music Group has named Armin Zerza EVP/CFO. He'll start on 5/5, reporting to CEO Robert Kyncl.

WMG's current EVP/CFO, Bryan Castellani, will remain beyond 5/5 as an advisor.

Zerza was most recently CFO of Activision Blizzard, where he spent a decade and was a key player in the gaming company's acquisition by Microsoft. His prior experience includes a 20-year stint at Procter & Gamble.

“Armin arrives with 30 years of global experience and a track record of delivering outstanding results through operational excellence, commercial innovation and financial discipline," said Kyncl. "He’ll help us evolve our long-term strategy and build WMG for the lasting benefit of our artists, songwriters, investors, employees and partners.”

“I’d also like to thank Bryan for his invaluable contributions to WMG," Kyncl added. "He’s been a great partner and exemplary team player during many important moves, positioning the company for sustained success. All of us wish him the best in his next chapter.”
