ADA ACQUIRES MUSIC TECH START-UP RSDL.io

ADA has acquired music-tech start-up RSDL.io, a tool that provides automated accounting and a simplified view of multiple revenue streams with the goal of empowering artists and labels to efficiently manage their businesses.

"RSDL.io’s state-of-the-art technology directly addresses the complex needs of independent artists and labels,” ADA President Cat Kreidich said. “Integrating this platform into our company’s network advances our ability to deliver practical solutions to our partners across the globe."

Founded by seasoned tech executives Mike Holmes, Jim Sella and Bill Sella as well as music industry vets Alex Brahl (S7 Management) and writer/producer Shep Goodman, RSDL.io offers a suite of features that seamlessly facilitate payments, manages splits and recoupments, allowing for multi-level artist and contributor payout functionality and insights.
