AMAZON MUSIC USERS GETTING AUDIBLE FREEBIES

Amazon Music is kicking its offerings up a notch by partnering with Audible to offer subscribers a free audiobook per month.

Audible has a selection of 1m audiobooks for Amazon subscribers to choose from—in addition to the 100m songs already in the media giant’s library. Customers who want more beyond their monthly listen can become Audible members or purchase titles à la carte directly from the Audible app.

Said Steve Boom, Amazon VP of Audio, Twitch and Games, “Amazon Music redefined audio streaming through the magic of Alexa and the introduction of high-definition and spatial music. Today, Amazon Music introduces the audiobook category to a brand-new audience by making Audible’s industry-leading catalog of audiobooks available to Amazon Music Unlimited subscribers.”
