Larry Jackson’s gamma. (period, yes; label, no) has brought on Mike Hamilton as SVP of Commercial Partnerships and Casey Compernolle as VP of A&R and Digital Strategy.
Hamilton will oversee gamma.’s relationships with DSPs. He most recently served as SVP of Commerce at Def Jam and has previously worked for Epic and Atlantic.

Said Hamilton, “As independent companies continue to dominate our industry, I'm honored and excited to join such a talented team. I'm thankful to Larry and [gamma. co-founder] Ike [Youssef] for their trust and leadership, and I look forward to helping them continue to build and expand on their vision, as well as break the next generation of artists and creative talent.”
Echoed Compernolle, “I’m thrilled to join gamma. and help develop the industry’s next wave of independent talent alongside a phenomenal roster of artists and an incredibly talented group of creatives. I thank both Larry and Ike for this extraordinary opportunity and their leadership.”
