U.K. MIDWEEKS: BALL & BOE EYE FOURTH #1

Michael Ball and Alfie Boe are heading for their fourth #1 as a duo on the U.K.’s Official Albums Chart with Together at Home (Tag8 Music), while on the singles midweeks, Gracie Abrams looks like she will hold onto the top spot.

Together at Home is the first collaborative album by Ball and Boe that hasn’t been released on UMG’s Decca.

Lancaster band Massive Wagons are close behind B&B at #2 with Earth to Grace (Earache), which could be their first Top 3. Primal Scream is ready for its first Top 10 album in 16 years with its 12th long-player, Come Ahead (BMG), starting at #5. It’s the Bobby Gillespie-led act's first album of new material in eight years.

Nathan Evans, the Scottish singer-songwriter who found fame via his 2021 hit “Wellerman,” is on track to land at #8 with his second set, 1994 (Better Now Records).

On the U.K.’s Official Singles midweeks, Abrams' “That’s So True” (Interscope) is anticipating a second week at #1.

“Thick of It” (Atlantic) by KSI and Trippie Redd is up two to #4, while Teddy Swims’ “The Door” (Atlantic) jumps three to #5. The latter's “Bad Dreams” will become his third Top 10 single, as it rises eight to #7.

“Move” (Keinemusik) by Adam Port, Stryv and Keine Musik is up one to #9. Myles Smith is set for a second Top 10 single with “Nice to Meet You” (Sony), expected to debut at #10.
