"CONCERT FOR CAROLINA" CORRALS $24.5M FOR FLOOD VICTIMS

Luke Combs, Eric Church and James Taylor's Concert for Carolina raised a whopping $24.5m on Saturday (10/26) on behalf of those impacted by catastrophic Hurricane Helene flooding in several parts of North Carolina.

The artists, who all spent formative time living and honing their musical craft in the state, were joined by Billy Strings, Sheryl Crow, Keith Urban, Bailey Zimmerman, The Avett Brothers, Scotty McCreery, Chase Rice, Parmalee and Wesko. The event drew 82,193 to Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, a concert record for the venue.

Proceeds will aid relief efforts such as Samaritan’s Purse, Manna Food Bank and Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC. Church will also donate through his Chief Cares Foundation.

Further fundraising is underway through a silent auction featuring the signed guitar and shirt Combs used during the show, a meet and greet with Church at an upcoming concert, signed NFL, NBA, NCAA and NASCAR gear, signed instruments and a variety of concert and game tickets.
