TOP 50: YEAT BRINGS THE HEAT, TAKES #1

Yeat’s debuting LYFESTYLE (Field Trip/Capitol) sits atop this week’s Top 50 Album chart, notching 85k. Another bow, SEVENTEEN’s 12th Mini Album: Spill the Feels (Pledis/Geffen), lands at #3 with 66k.

Sandwiched between Yeat and SEVENTEEN (figuratively speaking, of course) is Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet, rising two spots to #2. The Island LP, which looks like a cinch to snag an AOTY Grammy nom, adds another 77k to its massive tally in its ninth week.

Jelly Roll’s Beautifully Broken (Broken Bow/Republic) and Rod Wave’s Last Lap (Alamo), which went #1 and 2, respectively, a week ago, occupy the #4 and 5 positions, while Gracie AbramsThe Secret of Us (Interscope) rises 11 spots to #7 behind a 79% uptick following the release of the deluxe version, making it the week’s biggest gainer.

A pair of One Direction albums return to the Top 50—Four at #30 and Midnight Memories at #32—following the death of Liam Payne.

Streeting today (10/25) are Halsey (Columbia) , Kelsea Ballerini (Black River), a deluxe Megan Thee Stallion (WMG) and, on Monday (10/28), Tyler, the Creator (Columbia).

Now, if you’ll excuse us, we have to go grab more bags of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for Halloween after gobbling up the original batch. Working on self-discipline.
