Marsha Vlasic: Vice Chair of Music, Independent Artist Group

A true pioneer of women in the music industry and a legend in the live-music space, Vlasic has spent more than four decades representing a diverse group of artists in all genres and stages of their careers. She currently works with such acts as Neil Young, whom she has repped for 40 years, Elvis Costello, The Strokes, Norah Jones, Iggy Pop, Cage the Elephant, The Breeders, PJ Harvey, Regina Spektor, Band of Horses, Moby, Butch Walker, Noel Gallagher and The Libertines.

Vlasic's dedication to her craft is so strong that she spent her 40th wedding anniversary on a plane to see client Silversun Pickups. This year alone, the Brooklyn-born agent was honored with the Bottle Award at the International Live Music Conference, named both International Agent of the Year and Most Powerful Women in Live Music at the Canadian Live Music Industry Awards and inducted into Pollstar’s Women of Live Hall of Fame.
