Range Music Publishing has partnered with UMPG for an exclusive global administration deal that expands Range Media Partners’ relationships with UMG’s Capitol Music Group and Virgin Music Group.
The announcement follows Range Publishing writer Sean Cook's crushing his 10th consecutive week at #1 with Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)." In addition to Cook, Range's publishing roster includes Grant Averill, Tyler Dopps, Two Fresh, Luke Niccoli, Simon Oscroft and Rudey.
Range Music Publishing is helmed by Casey Robison alongside VP A&R Publishing Sam Drake, Director of A&R/Artist Manager Federico Morris and A&R Coordinator Megan Simon with support from Managing Partners Matt Graham, Jack Minihan, Tyler Henry, Melissa Ruderman, Chris Thomas, Evan Winiker, Cory Litwin and Shawn McSpadden, as well as Partners Rachel Douglas, Ace Christian, Joel Zimmerman and Jared Cotter.
“In the short time Range has focused on publishing, they have already made a strong impact in the marketplace," UMPG EVP/Co-Head of A&R Jennifer Knoepfle said. "Casey, Sam, Matt and team have a great ethos and vision and we are happy to be their admin partner on current and future endeavors.”
Range Music represents Shaboozey, Jack Harlow, Cordae, Saweetie, Midland, Tanya Tucker and PARTYNEXTDOOR, Dylan Gossett and Yola, among many others. The only range we have is from the kitchen to the couch.
