MEDIABASE BATTERED BY BERYL

Mediabase has reported that its server outage on 7/9 was caused by Hurricane Beryl. Despite efforts to recover data throughout the night, Mediabase stated, "Station outages at monitoring sites and on-air interruptions persisted due to the storm's impact."

In response, the service will apply its standard policy for affected stations, using data from the most recent 14 full days (minimum 21 hours) to ensure accurate reporting. An update scheduled for later today (7/10) will provide a more precise Realtime account once all affected stations have been addressed.

Regarding the Addboard outage on Tuesday, stations that contacted Mediabase have had their issues resolved. For any auto-added titles during the outage, removals are no longer possible after the reporting window closure on 7/9.

Promo folks returned to their regularly scheduled programs earlier today when the Addboard reopened; it will close at the usual format deadlines next Monday/Tuesday. Further updates will be communicated via Mediabase’s website.
