Kendrick Lamar is once again the talk of the biz, this time thanks to the video for his Drake-dissing hit "Not Like Us," which has already garnered nearly 38m YouTube views since its 7/4 release.
Co-directed by Lamar and Dave Free, the video takes more than a few unsubtle digs at K. Dot's rap nemesis, including smashing a piñata shaped like an owl (the logo of Drake's OVO).
"Not Like Us" has been a bona fide smash since its 5/4 release, collecting more than 440m streams on Spotify, where it's #2 on the DSP's U.S. chart. Lamar played the song six times during his recent "Pop Out: Ken & Friends" concert at the Kia Forum, which was streamed live by Amazon.
It's a cultural moment that won't be soon forgotten. Watch the video below while we work on our Crip walk.
