Zach Bryan is gearing up to release his next album, The Great American Bar Scene (Warner), on 7/4. In anticipation of its arrival, select cuts will be previewed at 23 watering holes across the country.
He made the announcement via Instagram, writing, "My intent with all this is to give everyone an early glimpse of this album, but more importantly, this is in the spirit of bringing people together for a memorable moment. I have chosen 23 bars across the country that embody the spirit of American culture. These bars will play select cuts from ‘The Great American Bar Scene’ starting June 24th. As much as I’d kill to play all these timeless bars, it won’t be possible. I will be visiting a few off the list to have a drink with y'all."
Establishments that made the cut include Brillobox in Pittsburgh, the San Fernando in Glendale, California, and the Sandy Hut in Portland, Oregon. Bryan didn't disclose where he'd pop up—at least not yet.
The Great American Bar scene is the follow-up to Bryan's self-titled fourth album, which debuted at #1. Check out his Instagram post below while we take a few shots in his honor. I mean, it's five o'clock somewhere, right?
