WARNER CHAPPELL'S MAETA NARRATIVE

Seen feeling Maeta-excited to appear on our site are (l-r) Ryan Press, Maeta, Guy Moot and Carianne Marshall.

R&B singer-songwriter Maeta, whose single “Through the Night” was released last year, has signed an exclusive global publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music.

Featured on Zane Lowe and Apple Music’s 24 for 2024 list, she released her full-length debut, When I Hear Your Name (Roc Nation), last year. She recently collaborated with Chris Brown on “Best Ever” and Vic Mensa on “Rock This Smoove” and will join Brown on his 11:11 Tour this summer.

"Maeta's talent is undeniable,” said WCM President, North America, Ryan Press. “Her soulful vocals and authentic storytelling not only set her apart from other new, up-and-coming talent but allow her work to resonate with fans on a personal level. Her journey is one we deeply believe in, and we’re excited to welcome her to the Warner Chappell family."

The team has pledged that the artist will be shielded from HITS idiots as much as humanly possible.
