BLACKPINK member LISA and her LLOUD CO. have partnered with RCA Records for the release of her solo music as part of a deal through which she will retain full ownership of her recordings.
It's a big coup for RCA Chairman/CEO Peter Edge and COO John Fleckenstein, who said in a joint statement, "LISA is a multidimensional talent and irrefutable global force. We are thrilled to welcome her and her team to the RCA Records family."
Added LISA, who's managed by LLOUD CO. and repped by attorney Josh Binder of Rothenberg Mohr & Binder, LLP, "I'm confident they are the best team to create more movement in my solo career. Looking forward to showing the world everything we've been preparing."
LISA launched LLOUD CO. earlier this year to advance her solo career, which began in 2021 with the hit singles "Lalisa" and "Money." Beyond music, she's the face of Bulgari and will make her acting debut (under her real name, Lalisa Manobal) in the third season of HBO's The White Lotus.
As for BLACKPINK, whose two studio albums were released through YG/Interscope, the group has been off the road since wrapping a world tour in Seoul in September 2023.
