GOOD NEIGHBOURS' "HOME" LEADS TO OPEN HOUSE

Armed with a global indie hit, Various Artists duo Good Neighbours is ready to capitalize on the buzz and find a home for "Home." Word is that Londoners Oli Fox and Scott Verrill are taking meetings with labels across the pond.

"Home" hit new peaks this week on Spotify, reaching #27 in the U.S. and #58 worldwide. Since its release on 1/17, it's amassed 37m streams on Spotify alone.

The song took off on TikTok at the beginning of the year. Fox and Verrill are active on the platform, having drawn 50k followers by sharing multiple clips of the recording process for "Home."

The activity GN have generated is especially impressive given that they have only a single song in the marketplace.

How much bigger can "Home" get? Who's vying for this hot prospect? Stay tuned...
