Bing Crosby may have been deceased for 45+ years, but his eye for fashionable golf attire lives on in The Crosby Collection, a new partnership among adidas, Malbon Golf and Primary Wave, which oversees the Crosby estate.
Launching 1/29, the limited-edition apparel and footwear line was inspired by the Crosby Clambake, a celebrity-fueled golf event he began hosting in 1937. Customers can choose from button-down polos, pleated pants and shorts, an argyle-print color-blocked dress, a five-panel hat, a T-shirt, a checkered anorak and even a cardigan.
"The Crosby Family is so grateful to work with the adidas and Malbon teams in developing this incredible line of sportswear," said the crooner's son Harry Crosby. "With the line's casual performance wear being especially reminiscent of what dad wore, it truly sustains the recognition he had for sports and the golfing world."
If you need HITS, we'll be over at the driving range swearing and hurling our clubs into sand traps.
