UPDATE: Billy Joel has been added to the list of performers who will grace the stage of the 66th Grammy Awards next month. The Piano Man joins previously announced guests Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Luke Combs, Travis Scott and Burna Boy.
The performance will follow the release of "Turn The Lights Back On" (Columbia), Joel's first single in nearly two decades. The beloved artist has five gilded gramophones to his credit.
The 2024 Grammys will take place 2/4 at L.A.'s Crypto.com Arena. The telecast will air on CBS and Paramount+.
Luke Combs, Travis Scott and Burna Boy are the latest additions to the performance lineup for the 66th Grammy Awards. They join previously announced singers Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa and Olivia Rodrigo.
Burna Boy is nominated in four categories this year—including Best Global Music Album. Combs is up for Best Country Solo Performance for “Fast Car,” and Scott’s UTOPIA has earned him a nom for Best Rap Album.
The 2/4 show, taking place at L.A.'s Crypto.com Arena and airing on CBS and Paramount+, will start at 8pm ET/5pm PT. The winners in most of the categories will be announced at the pre-telecast ceremony, transpiring at The Peacock Theater (formerly the Nokia Theater and then the Microsoft Theater) at 3:30pm ET/12:30pm PT. The pre-show will be streamed at live.Grammy.com.
