Topping the streaming chart is 21 Savage’s american dream (Slaughter Gang/Epic), which opens at #2 on the sales side behind Kid Cudi’s INSANO (Republic) at #1. Cudi’s ninth studio album is #9 at Apple Music.
Kali Uchis’ second Spanish language album, ORQUÍDEAS (Geffen) debuts at #3 at iTunes and #6 at Apple Music.
Interscope’s Mean Girls’ soundtrack, led by Reneé Rapp and Auli’i Cravalho, proves popular on the sales side, debuting at #4.
At iTunes songs, Ariana Grande shoots straight to #1 with “yes, and?” (Republic); the song is already Top 30 at Apple Music less than 10 hours after its release. Whitney Wren’s “Two + Me” (Josh Bright Prods.) is also new at #4; Lil Nas X's "J CHRIST" (Columbia) is in the Top 20.
