At Top 40, the final published chart of 2023 features RCA's Team Rothschild in the #1 spot with Tate McRae's "greedy," which will be their third consecutive chart-topper starting with SZA's "Snooze" (TDE) back on 10/14. Nice run RCA! Arista's Petropoulos bunch moves Paul Russell's "Lil Boo Thang” Top 5, while Warner's Chester & Reich squad have Teddy Swim's "Lose Control" joining the Top 20. And debuting on the chart this week will be RCA's McRae with "exes.” See you in 2024!
At Rhythm, meanwhile, Epic’s Sack and Dontay will hold #1 with Tyla’s "Water" (FAX), followed by RCA’s Lori G and Inca moving Doja Cat’s "Agora Hills" (Kemosabe) to #2 and Victoria Monét’s "On My Mama" climbing to #5. Davey Dee and Republic welcome Drake’s "First Person Shooter" f/J. Cole (OVO) inside the Top 10. Dixie and Capitol's hard work pays off as Offset’s "WORTH IT" f/Don Toliver slides up into the Top 15. Republic also has Drake’s "You Broke My Heart" rocketing to the Top 20 with an increase over 1000 spins. Strazz and Columbia see Loui’s "No Distractions" f/NLE Choppa join the Top 25 and look for RCA to debut Chris Brown’s "Sensational" f/Davido & Lojay.
And at Modern Rock, Columbia’s Lisa Sonkin holds at #1 with blink-182’s “ONE MORE TIME.” Warner’s Green Day’s is right behind at #2 with “The American Dream Is Killing Me” as both records have a gigantic lead from the rest of the chart. Entering the Top 20 this week is AWAL’s Beaches with “Blame Brett” and Mom+Pop’s David Jacobs gets a nice debut with MGMT’s “Mother Nature.”
