DUA'S BEST SONG DEBUT YET

Warner's Dua Lipa returned to the spotlight this week with "Houdini," the first single from her forthcoming album. The dance banger's opening gave Lipa the biggest song debut of her career at Spotify and YouTube.

"Houdini" premiered on Spotify's global chart at #2 with 5.4m streams—the best start for a song by the U.K. diva on the platform. The track also racked up the most first-day views for Lipa at YouTube, with 12.6m plays.

Biz watchers expect this up-tempo dance number, which was produced by Tame Impala's Kevin Parker, to stick around a while. The track will be in heavy rotation at radio. How far can it go? Stay tuned.
