Bad Bunny's nadie sabe lo que va a pasar mañana (Rimas) appears headed for a #1 debut on Friday's HITS Top 50, with projected first-week activity of 200-225k.
The rap album is tracking toward first-week streams in the 260-290m range, slightly below the 328m of 2022's Un Verano Sin Ti. Both albums generated around 146m plays worldwide on Spotify in their opening frames.
Rumors of nadie sabe part two are swirling. Would that be considered a separate release? Or a deluxe version that could add to part one's opening week?
Bunny will unseat Drake's For All the Dogs (OVO/Republic) after the latter's one week on top. Drake's Certified Lover Boy and Her Loss, his collab with 21 Savage, each fell around 60% in their second week. The pattern suggests FATD will land well below Bunny's first-week projection.
From Saturday through early Monday morning (10/14-16), Bad Bunny and Drake combined to occupy 34 of the top 40 tracks at Apple Music. We can't remember the last time two streaming juggernauts dominated DSPs simultaneously. With both albums currently only in digital release, there isn't much either camp can do to spike their numbers.
