IN THE SPOT LIGHT: BUNNY'S RECORD-BREAKING REIGN CONTINUES

Bad Bunny's brand-new set, nadie sabe lo que va a pasar mañana (Rimas), has earned the most Spotify streams in a single day of any album so far this year. Tracks from nadie sabe currently occupy 14 of the top 15 spots on the streamery's global chart and 23 of the top 25. It also has eight of the top 10 and 19 of the top 25 on the U.S. chart.

While official numbers are still rolling in, the 22-track LP has surpassed Travis Scott’s UTOPIA, which took the title back in July.

Bunny has assumed the mantle of most-streamed artist on Spotify for three consecutive years, beginning in 2020, and in July of 2023 his Un Verano Sin Ti became the most-streamed album worldwide of all time at the DSP. Verano debuted at #1 with 274k in total activity in May of last year and became the biggest album of 2022, with 3.4m in U.S. activity.

Presently, nadie sabe lo que va a pasar mañana (Benito's fifth album, in case you're keeping track) looks like it will achieve first-day streams equal to or greater than those amassed by Verano.

Bad Bunny may not know what will happen tomorrow, but we're betting he'll break another record. Stay tuned for updates.
