FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES & APPLE MUSIC

Hot off its collab with Bad Bunny, Grupo Frontera is rising up the iTunes and Apple Music charts this Flipover Friday. The second album from Mammoth WVH tops the sales chart.

Grupo Frontera’s debut full-length studio set, El Comienzo, is the top new arrival at Apple Music, starting at #12. It’s the only new arrival in the Top 25 on both charts.

At iTunes, Mammoth WVH’s Mammoth II (IATS/BMG) takes #1, followed by Brett Young’s Across the Sheets (BMLG) at #3.

The debut from Irish singer-songwriter Cian Ducrot, Victory (Geffen), opens in the #4 slot. Rick Springfield’s Automatic (SongVest) nabs #6, the soundtrack to Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season 2 (Lakeshore) is #7 and Indie Tribe.’s self-released LOWBLOW swings in at #9.

Vince Gill & Paul Franklin’s Sweet Memories: The Music of Ray Price & the Cherokee Cowboys (MCA Nashville) lassos #10.

Yo Gotti & DJ Drama’s I Showed U So (Inevitable/Interscope) is just outside the Top 10. It's the second-highest new arrival at Apple Music this week, reaching #42 in the early morning hours.
