Former YouTube and UMPG exec Jackson Abbeduto has joined Granderson Des Rochers' new-media practice as senior counsel.
Abbeduto joins a team of attorneys led by Elizabeth Moody. He arrives from YouTube, where he worked with music publishers and PROs. Jackson previously spent nearly a decade at UMPG helping shape digital and new-media initiatives.
Said Moody, “Jackson’s character and impressive in-house background are reflective of the type of talent we want at GDR. Having worked with him and become familiar with his unique abilities and perspective, when Jackson became available, we knew we had to seize the opportunity. We look forward to witnessing firsthand his contributions to our firm, our clients and the future of entertainment and media law.”
