Sony Latin's Shakira is set to drop her own pop collab following global #1s with BZRP and Karol G. She's tapped Manuel Turizo for "Copa Vacía," which will arrive Thursday afternoon (6/29) with a video she's likened to a film.
Shak recently issued "Acróstico," a ballad dedicated to her children, Milan and Sasha, who lend backup vocals. She released the video on Mother's Day.
Fans across the globe have been anticipating new material from Shakira since her high-profile split from Spanish football star Gerardo Pique. Could her next release make her the first artist in 2023 to have three global Spotify #1s? Either way, expect "Copa Vacía" ["Empty Cup"] to deliver the goods.
