U2 LETS IT RIDE

U2 has added eight shows in December to its Achtung Baby Live at Sphere series in Las Vegas, taking its total to 25 concerts.

The new block, between Thanksgiving and Christmas, will play out every Friday, Saturday and Wednesday between 12/1 and 12/16. Sphere Entertainment Co. and Live Nation are promoting the Sphere at The Venetian shows.

The ticket-request period for paid subscribers to U2.com is open now and runs through 7am ET on 5/15. A limited number of tickets will be available during a general on-sale 5/19 at noon ET.
