58th ACM AWARDS: WINNERS

The big winners of 5/11's Academy of Country Music Awards were Big Loud's HARDY and Broken Bow's Lainey Wilson, who shared the awards for Music Event of the Year and Visual Media of the Year for HARDY's "Wait in the Truck" featuring Wilson. HARDY took home Artist-Songwriter of the Year. Wilson scored Album of the Year for Bell Bottom Country and Female Artist of the Year.

Warner Nashville's Cole Swindell nabbed Single and Song of the Year for his smash "She Had Me at Heads Carolina." Mercury Nashville's Chris Stapleton was crowned Entertainer of the Year. Morgan Wallen (Big Loud/Mercury/Republic), who was expected to perform but was forced to pull out due to strained vocal cords, won Male Artist of the Year.

Other winners included Zach Bryan (New Male Artist of the Year), Hailey Whitters (New Female Artist of the Year), Old Dominion (Group of the Year), Brothers Osborne (Duo of the Year) and Ashley Gorley (Songwriter of the Year).

Co-hosted by Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks, the ceremony boasted a raft of performances by top stars. Parton debuted her new single, "World on Fire," from her forthcoming rock album, Rockstar.

The 58th ACMs took place at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, and was livestreamed on Amazon's Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch. Stay tuned for color commentary.
