A PREVIEW OF RADIO CHART PREVIEWS

At Top 40, Interscope’s Romano and Lopes bring another one home as Rema & Selena Gomez’s “Calm Down” (Mavin/Virgin) moves to #1 on the chart this week. Republic’s Team Spangler sees Post Malone’s “Chemical” (Mercury) quickly climb into the Top 10. It also has the greatest gainer of the week with Taylor Swift’s “Karma,” which looks Top 15-bound, and The Weeknd’s “Double Fantasy” f/Future (XO/Epic) moving into the Top 20. Also joining the Top 20 is Halpern’s Virgin crew with NF’s “HAPPY” (NF Real Music), while Republic’s Kim Petras enters the Top 30 with “Alone” f/Nicki Minaj. Debuting on the chart this week is RCA’s Rothschild and staff with SZA’s “Snooze” (TDE) and Columbia’s Gray bunch with Luke Combs’ “Fast Car” (River House/Columbia Nashville).

At Rhythm, meanwhile, Nino and Interscope hold down the #1 spot for a second week with Rema & Selena Gomez’s “Calm Down.” Davey and Republic have Nicki Minaj’s “Red Ruby da Sleeze” and Drake’s “Search & Rescue” (OVO) growing in the Top 10. Capitol’s Dixie has Toosii’s “Favorite Song” and Doechii & Kodak Black’s “What It Is” (TDE) in the Top 10, while Republic’s The Weeknd joins the Top 15 with “Double Fantasy” f/Future (XO/Epic). RCA’s Lori G and Inca have SZA’s “Snooze” (TDE) quickly making its way into the Top 20, and Columbia’s Strazza welcomes Tyler, The Creator’s “DOGTOOTH” into the Top 25. Look for B Dot and Warner to debut Kanii’s “I Know” this week.

And at Modern Rock, many congrats to Rob Goldklang and his Warner team for hitting #1 with Gorillaz’ “New Gold” f/Tame Impala and Bootie Brown. RCA’s Gary Gorman rockets to #2 with Foo Fighters’ “Rescued,” up 400 spins, and will take the top spot starting next week. Warner also has Mike Shinoda’s “In My Head” f/Kailee Morgue next up in the Top 10. Mercury/ Republic’s Amanda Dobbins and Drew Hauser see a strong move into the Top 30 for Post Malone’s “Chemical” and enjoy a nice debut with AJR’s “The Dumb Song.” Also debuting on the chart this week is Glassnote’s Michael Starr with Phoenix’s “After Midnight” f/Clairo.
