AEROSMITH BIDS FAREWELL WITH TOUR

All of the toys are coming out of the attic: Aerosmith’s 50th anniversary tour will be its final trek across North America. The band's 40-date Peace Out Tour will run from early September through late January.

Produced by Live Nation, the roadshow starts in Philadelphia on 9/2 and wraps in Montreal on 1/26, a week after its Madison Square Garden date. Aerosmith plays the Kia Forum on 12/7 and Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on 1/10. It also has a New Year’s Eve homecoming gig at Boston’s TD Garden. The Black Crowes will open.

Aerosmith said in a joint statement, “It’s not goodbye—it’s PEACE OUT! Get ready and walk this way, you’re going to get the best show of our lives.” Drummer Joey Kramer will not be joining the band for the tour due to health issues.

The general on-sale for Aerosmith's Peace Out Tour begins Friday (5/5).

In the promo video (below), Bill Burr makes the call to get the rumors confirmed.
