GOLDENVOICE GOES BOWLING

Goldenvoice’s partnership with the Santa Barbara Bowl has been extended through 2032. Since 2016, the AEG Presents affiliate has been the exclusive promoter of SB Bowl events. Managed by the Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation, the historic venue has hosted an impressive roster of acts since its 1936 inception, including Bob Marley, James Taylor, Stevie Wonder, Joni Mitchell, Radiohead and Depeche Mode.

Noted Goldenvoice SVP Moss Jacobs, “The Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation has been a vital partner, helping Goldenvoice to foster incredible talent at one of the finest outdoor venues in the world. The Foundation understands the significance of partnering with a substantial national organization to benefit this amazing local community. This contract will allow us to build on the foundation of past great events to improve the already amazing stature of the Santa Barbara Bowl.”

Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation Chair Karen Kerns and Executive Director Rick Boller, who brokered the deal, look forward to growing the organization and continuing to bring “amazing programming” to the community.

More than $43 million has been invested in capital improvements to the venue—from the signature Pavilion production roof and upgraded ADA seating to audience amenities and a comfortable backstage area. The Bowl also dedicates support and resources to youth performing-arts education throughout Santa Barbara County. More than $10 million has been allocated to these programs over the last 20 years.

This season boasts performances by Taylor, Brad Paisley, The Black Keys, Diana Ross, ODESZA, The Lumineers, Kenny Loggins and many more. For the full schedule, click here. Meanwhile, we've opted not to share our "golden voices" with you. You're welcome.
