The Orchard has promoted Tricia Arnold to EVP, Global Artist/Label Services and Sales. Based in New York, she'll continue reporting to President/COO Colleen Theis.
Arnold—who's been with the company for more than a decade—has served as The Orchard’s SVP, Global Label Management and Sales since 2019. In her elevated role, she'll oversee the enterprise's global distribution strategy and international sales and label-services teams.
"The Orchard is a true home for creators from across the world," Arnold said. "That spirit affects clients and team members alike, fostering an environment for growth. I'm proud of what we've achieved over the past 10 years and look forward to discovering new ways and opportunities for our artist and label clients to thrive on a global scale.”
Said Theis, "I'm confident Tricia will guide our business to even greater heights while continuing to provide best-in-class service to our clients and mentorship to our team.”
Arnold helped push Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti to career-high chart positions in 15 territories. She also achieved commercial success with Nas’ Kings Disease II, Jack White’s Fear of the Dawn and Entering Heaven Alive, Noel Gallagher’s Back the Way We Came Vol. 1 and RAYE's first #1 U.K. single, “Escapism.” Speaking of, we'd like to escape the monotony that is our work life. Any suggestions? Bueller? Is this thing on?
