Warner Records has inked Korean girl group FIFTY FIFTY. The partnership, between Warner Music Group Korea and the quartet, was announced as the act's hit single “Cupid” sits at #8 on Spotify’s Global Top 50.
“Cupid,” along with its accompanying “Cupid (Twin Version)” and instrumental incarnation—has amassed 377m+ streams as well as 8m+ TikTok videos and 12b+ views on the platform.
“We are so honored to be working with Warner Records, and we are excited to see what the future holds for us,” reads a joint statement from FIFTY FIFTY members Saena, Sio, Aran and Keena.
“We are grateful to Warner Records for the opportunity to discuss innovative ways to bring FIFTY FIFTY to the forefront of the music industry,” said Sung-il Ahn, co-CEO of ATTRAKT Creative Content Group and CEO of The Givers, which co-manage the singers.
“We're thrilled to partner with FIFTY FIFTY to amplify its global smash single ‘Cupid,’ and we know there is much more to come,” Warner Co-Chairman/COO Tom Corson and Co-Chairman/CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck offered in a shared statement. “The Warner Records team is excited to create additional opportunities for this powerhouse K-pop girl group.”
We'd just like to add that we are personally thrilled, honored and grateful to have been sent the press release.
