YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s second 2023 release under his new deal with Motown cracks the Top 10 at iTunes and Apple Music this Flipover Friday, while BTS’ Suga rules the sales charts.
YoungBoy’s sixth full-length studio album, the 33-track Don’t Try This at Home (NBA/Motown), is the week’s top new arrival at Apple Music, starting at #4. It opened at #9 at iTunes.
D-DAY (BIGHIT), the first solo album by Suga under his Agust D moniker, tops the iTunes album chart. Nine of its 10 songs are in the Top 20 as “Haegeum” and “AMYGDALA” take the early lead. The album has also cracked the Top 35 at Apple Music.
Back at iTunes albums, Everything But the Girl’s first LP in 24 years, Fuse (Buzzin Fly/Virgin), lights up at #2. Tiesto’s DRIVE (Musical Freedom/Atlantic) parks at #3. Bluey’s Dance Mode! (Ludo) steps in at #4.
Lloyd Banks’ The Course of the Inevitable 3: Pieces of My Pain (Money by Any Means/Empire) jumps in at #7, Stephen Barton & Frederik Wiedmann’s music for Season 3 of Star Trek: Picard (Lakeshore) beams up at #9 and the deluxe edition of Brantley Gilbert’s So Help Me God (BMLG), with five new tracks added to the November release, is #10.
CHINCHILLA opens at #1 at iTunes songs with “Little Girl Gone.” Kim Petras f/Nicki Minaj’s “Alone” (Amigo/Republic) is right behind her, at #2.
