For her 34th annual pilgrimage to SXSW, HITS prexy Karen Glauber will moderate her hotly anticipated panel, "More Songs About Longing," scheduled for today (3/15) at 4pm CDT at the Austin Convention Center, Room 18AB.
The event will see The Zombies' Colin Blunstone, Nada Surf’s Matthew Caws, Spoon’s Britt Daniel, Superchunk’s Mac McCaughan and Guster’s Ryan Miller perform and discuss in depth the nuances of the topic at hand. Speaking of Nada Surf, its song "So Much Love" was written during an erstwhile iteration of this panel.
Previous guests have included R.E.M.’s Mile Mills and Chapel Hill, N.C., legend Chris Stamey (long ago of The dB's).
Head on over to Room 18AB, then, for the singalong of a lifetime.
