Michael Allen will devise and implement marketing campaigns for Republic Records pop and K-pop artists—among them TWICE, Stray Kids, Swedish House Mafia and Daddy Yankee—in his new role as vice president, Marketing Strategy.
Said Allen's boss, SVP of Marketing Meg Harkins, “Michael is an enthusiastic and engaging executive with a deep passion for music. He’s constantly seeking out new and unconventional opportunities for our artists to be heard on the largest scale possible.”
Currently based in New York, he started working for Republic as a digital marketing consultant, collaborating with Harkins on initiatives for Em Beihold and various K-pop acts. He was previously VP of Digital at Verve Label Group and associate VP of sales and marketing at ABKO Music & Records.
