TIKTOK EYES PREMIUM CONTENT WITH "SERIES"

TikTok has announced the launch of Series, a premium long-form option (initially) for select content creators. This expansion of tools extends to paywalled collections of as many as 80 videos of up to 20 minutes each. TikTok recently upgraded the maximum length for a general (free) clip to 10 minutes.

Series content must be purchased on the creator's profile page. Creators will set their own prices.

For now, Series is available only to a hand-picked group of users. An application process will be rolled out later this year. Creators will receive 100% of their Series earnings for a limited time; the subsequent split is TBD.

The HITSDD TikTok page is still in the works—what's the opposite of premium content?
