WOLVERINES GET A CRASH COURSE FROM PROFESSOR LEX

NEON16 CEO Lex Borrero, co-founder & CCO Ivan Rodriguez and Head of Electronic Music Jack Miller visited the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business 2/5 for a panel and curriculum collaboration.

The trio was featured on the "Cultural Changemakers Panel" curated and moderated by Dr. Michael Metzger, Ross School of Business lecturer and faculty associate of the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies. The discussion included insight from NEON16 execs into Latin entertainment's incredible growth.

The NEON16 representatives also created curriculum for Metzger's "Strategic Marketing for Product and Managers" course. Borrero and team gave students the opportunity to create marketing plans for the rollout of Tainy's forthcoming debut studio album, DATA. The proposals will be reviewed by Metzger and NEON16 creatives and one will be chosen as part of the album's marketing campaign.

“It’s a privilege to be able to share our views on business, culture and creativity at such a prestigious university," the NEON 16 crew said in a joint statement. "This course allows students to expand their views on the importance of culture in business, allowing them to develop marketing plans that are relevant and effective in today's consumer market.”
