LITTLE STEVEN INKS BIG DEAL WITH PRIMARY WAVE

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Steven "Little Steven" Van Zandt has signed a multimillion-dollar partnership with Larry Mestel's Primary Wave, which will manage his publishing and recorded-music catalogs, a stake in the producer royalties from his work with Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes and the band-member and producer royalties from his tenure in Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, including credits on The River and Born in the U.S.A.

For more than five decades, Little Steven's songs have been performed by such artists as Nancy Sinatra, Meat Loaf, Ronnie Spector, Damian Marley, Brian Setzer, Michael Monroe, Gary U.S. Bonds, Jimmy Barnes and Black Uhuru.

The deal provides access to Primary Wave’s marketing team and publishing infrastructure, including digital strategy, licensing, sync opportunities and film & TV production.

“I couldn’t be more excited to explore this partnership with Larry and Primary Wave,” said Van Zandt. “They have an incredible track record for being creative and proactive. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of fun we can have with these songs I’m still really proud of.”
