Sam Smith’s fourth album for Capitol shows up twice in the Top 10 at iTunes this Flipover Friday, which sees RCA’s Elle King leading on the sales side and QC/Motown’s Lil Yachty posting the highest new arrival at Apple Music.
Smith’s 13-track, standard edition of Gloria is #3 at iTunes, while the Apple Music edition, which features seven concert recordings from The Royal Albert Hall, is #7 in sales and in the Top 40 at Apple Music.
It trails King’s third album, Come Get Your Wife, at iTunes and Ava Max’s second album, Diamonds & Dancefloors (Atlantic).
Elsewhere, TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s five-song The Name Chapter: Temptation (Bighit) is #4 (#24 at Apple Music); former Florida Georgia Line co-leader Tyler Hubbard parks his self-titled EMI Nashville album at #6; and Jorge Rivera-Herrans’ EPIC: The Cyclops Saga (BRP) eyes #9.
Rounding out the Top 10 is Bob Dylan’s 60-track Fragments–Time Out of Mind Sessions (1996-97): The Bootleg Series, Vol. 17 (Columbia Legacy), featuring a remix of the Grammy-winning Album of the Year as well as the 1997 sessions that led up to Time Out of Mind's release and the live versions that followed.
At Apple Music, Lil Yachty’s Let’s Start Here is the top new arrival, docking at #5.
