WMG CRAFTS A LATIN MELODY

An assortment of Warner Music Group units are banding together to launch a 13-episode scripted musical series on Prime Video. Warner Music Latina artists Yas Gagliardi and Sarah Lenore will star in Melody, WME’s first Spanish-language TV show.

Created by Warner Music Entertainment, Warner Chappell Music and Warner Music Latina with Trinity Entertainment, the series will premier 2/22.

Said WME President Charles Cohen, Melody is a compelling, family-friendly, musically driven series that taps into the explosive Spanish-language market while transcending cultures with universal messages."

In each episode, Gagliardi, Lenore and the supporting cast will perform original songs that will be released and promoted by Warner Music Latina. Jose Luis Pagan, who's worked with Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Il Volo and Chayanne, created and produced the music. Gibson Guitar Brands is the show's sponsor.

WME and Trinity Entertainment USA will present a Melody showcase at Content Americas in Miami on 1/24. The event will include a live set featuring Gagliardi and Lenore and the premiere of the show’s first single, "Ready Now," and its accompanying video.

Melody is an incredibly inspiring story that will capture fans all around the world with its unforgettable original music,” said WCM U.S. Latin & Latin America President Gustavo Menéndez. “Yas and Sarah are born stars, and the combination of their talent and charisma with Jose Luis’ impeccable writing makes this a truly phenomenal project.”

We look forward to the episode where the new stars refuse do an interview with HITS.
